Over the last 25 years, I’ve gathered experience in retail, banking, travel, government, small businesses and non-profits. I have started my own businesses and used that expertise to serve on boards. I even spent a few years as a stay-at-home mom, the most rewarding and challenging job on my resume.

Nothing I’ve done professionally compares to my personal lived experience. I’ve been a mom for 19 years and have three incredible offspring that I learn from every single day. My first marriage ended in divorce and my second marriage made me a widow… all before I was 32.

I care deeply about helping people navigate everything life puts on our paths. We aren’t meant to go it alone. We need each other to show up with compassion, empathy, and genuine presence to allow safe space to process our journeys together.
